Bum privilege is alive and well in Kate Brown’s Oregon. Homeless people will be exempt from wearing face masks outdoors, which makes absolutely no sense. Are they less contagious? Less susceptible? Can Oregon not scrounge together enough money stolen from taxpayers to distribute some face diapers? Will people be able to claim homelessness if they’re approached by Brown’s enforcers?
The homelessness problem in Oregon has been well-documented. They rival fellow west coast leftist states Washington and California as having the hardest time keeping people off the streets. All the while, Pandemic Panic Theater has “leaders” like Brown indoctrinating their population through fear and totalitarianism. The once-proud state is on the verge of being lost forever to the failed policies of radical progressive Democrats.
As always, face mask nannies like Kate Brown claimed outdoor face masks are effective without citing a single scientific source. That’s because the vast majority of studies dispute their unhinged claims. But hey, at least some people are exempt.
