In compliance with the recent court rulings against Joe Biden’s vaccine mandate, OSHA has officially suspended all activities related to it pending further court actions.

On November 12, 2021, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit granted a motion to stay OSHA’s COVID-19 Vaccination and Testing Emergency Temporary Standard, published on November 5, 2021 (86 Fed. Reg. 61402) (“ETS”). The court ordered that OSHA “take no steps to implement or enforce” the ETS “until further court order.” While OSHA remains confident in its authority to protect workers in emergencies, OSHA has suspended activities related to the implementation and enforcement of the ETS pending future developments in the litigation.
The Biden-Harris regime plan on taking this all the way up the judicial ladder, but the wording in the judgments so far bodes well for those opposed to medical tyranny. This information must be disseminated far and wide as many businesses are preemptively imposing mandates on their employees, claiming they have no other choice. They have a choice, and they must be shown that we’re all aware they’re doing it of their own accord if they embrace the mandates.
