One Justice Found to Be the “Most Partisan” on Supreme Court

(WND)—There’s one justice on the U.S. Supreme Court who has been determined to be the most partisan of all, pushing a political agenda – against President Donald Trump – in 98 out of 100 cases.

The conclusion comes from a report in the Federalist about an analysis released to some readers by the Wall Street Journal.

That found Ketanji Jackson voted against President Trump’s plans and agendas in 98 out of 100 major cases.

Those often wrongly accused of being partisan – for President Trump – aligned with his arguments 89% (Samuel Alito) and 88% (Clarence Thomas) of the time.

The Journal, according to the report suggested, “Alito’s record was the real story behind this data.” It found, “In a term dominated by Trump-related disputes, [Alito] voted to uphold every significant Trump initiative that came before the court, and he wrote frequent, full-throated endorsements of some of Trump’s most brazen efforts to expand presidential power.”

But the “real story” from the data compiled in the analysis is that Jackson is so radical that it “sometimes even causes her to split with her left-wing counterparts on the court.”

In fact, Jackson several times has been the lone dissenter in an otherwise unanimous court, pushing extreme leftism on issue after issue.

For example, the Federalist reported, “in Chiles v. Salazar earlier this year, the Supreme Court ruled that Colorado cannot ban therapists from offering patients alternatives to pursuing radical ‘transgender’ ideology.”

The 8-1 majority including liberals Elena Kagan and Sonia Sotomayor found Colorado’s often-appearing battle against Christians and their beliefs was violating therapists’ right to free speech.

Jackson wanted to give the state the authority to mandate its state-adopted beliefs for counselors to adopt, or else.

Jackson also was flying solo when the high court voted to hand down its decision regarding redistricting in Louisiana right away.

The New York Times has noted that Jackson is causing “worry” among the other liberals on the bench, Sotomayor and Kagan, because of her extreme statements and whether they will “dilute” the leftist influences there.

A commentary posted at Conservative News Daily said, “She is characterized as highly candid and sometimes conflict-prone, frequently enough authoring her own dissents, which has attracted criticism from fellow liberals. The analysis underscores the heightened partisanship and tension surrounding the court, with threats of violence and protests targeting justices following controversial decisions and leaks. Despite her claims of impartiality, Jackson’s voting record appears highly partisan, contrasting with her accusations against originalist justices of bias.”

The actual threats against the Supreme Court mostly have been from leftist ideologues. Sen. Chuck Schumer, for example, enraged over the court’s decisions, threatened, “I want to tell you, Gorsuch, I want to tell you, Kavanaugh, you have released the whirlwind and you will pay the price. You won’t know what hit you if you go forward with these awful decisions.”

In 2022 a man showed up at Justice Brett Kavanauigh’s home with plans to murder him, and protesters demanding their leftist agenda have appeared at the homes of other justices, including Amy Barrett.
