The FBI might be reporting that the mass murder in New Orleans in the early morning of New Year’s Day wasn’t a terrorist attack, but it clearly was. The terrorist, identified as 42-year-old Shamsud Din Jabbar, had an ISIS flag according to New Orleans Police. He wore full military gear, including body armor.
It is also being reported that there were operational explosive devices in the truck used in the attack.
