Here are a couple of reactions to news a tentative deal has been reached on the debt ceiling.
Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene appears to be promoting her buddy, Speaker of the House Kevin McCarthy, for getting a little concession on sending money to China:
Hearing @SpeakerMcCarthy’s soon to be finalized agreement on the debt limit will clawback $400 MILLION from the CDC “Global Health Fund” that sends money overseas to countries like China.
Here’s a few other countries that will no longer get access to these taxpayer dollars:…

Congressman Dan Bishop apparently wants to vomit:
Heard the call. RINOs congratulating McCarthy for getting almost zippo in exchange for $4T debt ceiling hike was enough to make you 🤮.
(Actually, it’s so bad they won’t give a figure for the debt ceiling hike … only that it’s suspended til Q1 2025. Our bill was a year less.)
