Detroit is not a safe city. In fact, it ranks as the 8th highest major U.S. city for rapes, 1st for aggravated assaults, and 3rd for murders. It’s a model for how NOT to run a city properly with massive budget issues, failing schools, and one of the most emotionally distressed populations in the nation.
If has, of course, been controlled by Democrats for decades.
