Elon Musk went there.
He claimed on X that President Trump is in the Epstein Files, which is why they haven’t been released yet. Musk acolytes are jumping all over this. Even those on the side of Tesla terrorists are falling for it:

Before anyone falls for this and gulps, let’s be a little discerning.
Yes, there are pictures of President Trump interacting with Epstein. No records of him on Epstein Island.
IF there was anything incriminating against President Trump in the files, then removing or redacting them would be easy.
The insinuation here from Musk, without directly saying it, is that there is something incriminating which is why the files haven’t been released. That just doesn’t pass the smell test because of how easy it would be to release anything or everything else.
There is definitely reason to believe that powerful people are preventing the release, but to say the files are being held up because the DoJ couldn’t withhold anything incriminating against President Trump is ludicrous.

President Trump replied:
I don’t mind Elon turning against me, but he should have done so months ago. This is one of the Greatest Bills ever presented to Congress. It’s a Record Cut in Expenses, $1.6 Trillion Dollars, and the Biggest Tax Cut ever given. If this Bill doesn’t pass, there will be a 68% Tax Increase, and things far worse than that. I didn’t create this mess, I’m just here to FIX IT. This puts our Country on a Path of Greatness. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!
